The reconstitiution program at the four lowest performing high schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg District continues with teachers being let go and others under pressure to improve. The plan to overhaul staff at West Charlotte and three other schools has not only affected the teachers, it's shaken the students.In part two of this report, WFAE's Simone Orendain reports on some bright spots beneath the shadow of poor school performance at West Charlotte, which has struggled the most.
