What’s your favorite out-of-the way place to eat in Charlotte? Pio Pio on East Blvd or Cabo Fish Taco in NoDa

Guilty food pleasure? Nutella on a fresh baguette

Most exotic food you’ve ever tasted? In a good way, the exotic courses at my favorite restaurant in the world, Mudbrick Vineyard in New Zealand. In a bad way, the duck tonsil that I ate while traveling China.

Favorite food blog? Cannelle et Vanille was my introduction to food blogging,  but I also love 101 cookbooks and recently discovered My New Roots which is fantastic

If you got to choose your last meal, what would it be? Butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter sauce

Apron? They are my favorite kitchen accessory.
