Homeless to Home

The Urban Ministry Center in Charlotte has begun a pilot program that turns the traditional approach to homelessness upside down. Six people who have been homeless for years have received free apartments. Organizers hope the project will finally put Charlotte on a path to ending chronic homelessness. WFAE's Jule Rose visited one of the apartments and its new resident.
