He’s the Executive Director of the Northeast Zone of CMS. Bosco says the grading policy doesn’t mean a 50 is the new 0.

Thu, 23 May 2013 13:46:47 +0000 Marshall Terry 27883 at http://wfae.org Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Budget http://wfae.org/post/charlotte-mecklenburg-schools-budget-0
CMS superintendent Heath Morrison recently presented the budget for the upcoming school year. Proponents of “alternative entry” see it as a fast way to send motivated, knowledgeable instructors into schools—particularly high needs schools and subjects like math and science—but their inexperience and high turnover rate has drawn fire from critics.
Mon, 04 Mar 2013 18:53:43 +0000 Ben Bradford 22557 at http://wfae.org Inexperienced Teachers A Booming Trend CMS: Back To School http://wfae.org/post/cms-back-school
The buses have been making their trial runs around the city, hundreds of new teachers have been hired, the pencils, paper and notebooks have been purchased.
