Duke Health says it has finalized its $284 acquisition of Lake Norman Regional Medical Center and related businesses in Mooresville. The Hospital will be renamed Duke Health Lake Norman during a ceremony Tuesday afternoon. Employees and providers have been extended employment offers with Duke, enabling a seamless transition for patients.
